The margaritas were excellent—strong, flavorful, and one was more than enough! The chips and salsa were fresh and perfectly seasoned, setting the tone for a great meal. We went on a Monday when they do “kids eat free”! Our order came out without any issues, and the service was smooth throughout. El Tiempo continues to impress across locations, and we truly can’t say enough good things about this restaurant chain. ”

We frequent pretty often and always request Marco. My elderly mom and I dined on Saturday evening. My mom paid with her debit card. She forgot to remove her card from the folder. Marco went above and beyond by checking the parking lot to see if we were still nearby. He came out to the parking lot to find us to make sure that the card was returned. I'm a customer forever! After paying, our waiter returned and directly asked for a larger tip, explaining that he had to split it with others. I’ve honestly never had that happen before, and it made the end of our experience uncomfortable. I’m not sure what the original tip amount was, but I can say with confidence it was a fair reflection of the service. On top of that, both I and another guest personally handed him extra cash. The moment felt unnecessary and off-putting, especially considering we were all satisfied up to that point. Just wanted to share for awareness—this isn’t what I expect when returning to a place I was excited about. ”
